RESOLVED
That planning application 2024/03540/REM be
APPROVED in accordance with the Officer’s
recommendation with additional conditions to be included regarding
the construction details and material specifications for the hard
surface open areas of the site, and to ensure that the approved
building is constructed with roof mounted solar panels.
