RESOLVED to:
 

Proceed with an additional meeting
on 5 December to review Quarter Two Reports and provide an overview
of budget proposals.
Maintain the full-day joint scrutiny
session on 5 January 2026 for in-depth budget discussions with all
scrutiny chairs and vice-chairs.
Use the 28 January 2026 meeting to
consolidate feedback and prepare a succinct summary for executive
consideration.
Ensure timely communication with all
scrutiny members regarding the revised schedule and
expectations.
Continue oversight of the scrutiny
review implementation, including training and protocol
development.
Monitor progress on the community
engagement review, ensuring alignment with audit committee
processes and constitutional governance.
