Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Executive Resolved to:-

a)   
Note the Housing Revenue Account forecast underspend of
£0.286m for 2025/26 and the impact on the HRA General Reserve
of this underspend.

b)   
Note the forecast outturn position of the Capital Programme of
£74.444m for 2025/26.

c)   
Recommend that Full Council delegated approval of the Housing
Revenue Account (HRA) Rent Setting and Fees & Charges
(including Service Charges) and any changes to the Council’s
Rent Setting Policy and the Council’s Service Charge Policy,
to the Executive from 2026/27 onwards.
