The Scrutiny Corporate and Resources Committee
noted the recommendations in the report, and RESOLVED that the
Executive be:
1)
Requested to produce clear public communications on the budget
challenges and the relationship between Council Tax and demand-led
services.

Recommended to include lateral comparisons with similar councils
(including Dorset) covering spending power, Band D rates, and net
budget per capita.
3)
Requested to pursue exceptional financial support, capitalisation

5 January meeting of this Committee, with deliverability, risk, and
