The Sub-Committee determines that revocation
of the Premises Licence at this time will not promote the Licensing
Objectives. However extra conditions to be added to the licence
will help to achieve those objectives.
The Sub-Committee does not feel that removing
the DPS will achieve anything more and in fact think it would be
more beneficial for the owner of the business, to remain as the DPS
as he will be liable for ensuring compliance with the new
conditions.
Additional conditions to be endorsed on the
premises licence:
1.
A CCTV system to be installed at the premises, to cover not only
the public areas but also staff and ancillary areas. The CCTV
system to be operative 24- hours a day not just when the premises
are open to the public.
2.
All staff records, including employment records, training records
and right to work records are to be kept on the premises in a
central location where they are available to licensing officers and
other Responsible Authorities upon request.
