Councillor Mike Hewitson proposed the
recommendations, which were seconded by Councillor Liz Leyshon.
 
Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Council Resolved to:-

     
i.        
consider the three statutory recommendations and whether to accept
them; and

    
ii.        
endorse the management responses and proposed actions set out in
this report.
