RESOLVED
That planning application 2018/1843/OTS be
APPROVED in accordance with the Officer’s
recommendation which is to delegate to the Head of Planning
approval of the application, subject to the prior signing of a
Section 106 agreement to be agreed in accordance with the scheme of
delegation, and subject to the planning conditions.
