Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Executive Resolved to:-

a)   
Note the Housing Revenue Account forecast underspend of
£0.980m for 2025/26 and the impact on the HRA General Reserve
of this underspend.

b)   
Note the forecast outturn position of the Capital Programme of
£54.142m for 2025/26.
