The Committee RESOLVED that officers:
 

•     
Clarify missing items previously on the Forward Plan (Climate
Partnerships, Green Finance, Energy Plan recommendations, Climate
& Nature Service Plan).

•     
Schedule a member–officer session to review progress on
Energy Plan recommendations and how they are embedded in service
planning.

•     
Re?schedule the EV Cross?Pavement Channel report (expected June 2026) to the new
scrutiny committee’s work
programme.

•     
Continue escalation to National Highways and Avon & Somerset
Police to secure attendance for M5 incident management
scrutiny.
