Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Executive Resolved:-

a)   
To approve the decision to use the Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF)
for the scope of work presented in this report.

b)   
To allocate the £21.500m (£7.200m in 2026/27,
£7.200m in 2027/28 and £7.100m in 2028/29) funding to
the indicative areas of spend shown in Table 2.1 from the 1 April
2026.

c)   
To approve the decision to award the Alliance Lead Role to Supplier
1. That the details contained in Appendix A was to be regarded as
exempt information and to be treated in confidence, as the case for
the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighed the
public interest in disclosing that information.

d)   
To delegate decisions about any changes to the allocation of
funding to the indicative areas of spend and the allocation of any
remaining and/or contingency funding to the Executive Director for
Children, Families and Education Services and the Executive
Director for Community, Place and Economy in consultation with the
Lead Member for Children, Families and Education and the Lead
Member for Transformation, Human Resources and Localities.
