Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Executive Resolved to:-

1)   
Endorse and approve the publication of the Local Nature Recovery
Strategy (LNRS) for Somerset, in accordance with the Environment
Act 2021 and associated statutory guidance.

2)   
Authorise the Nature Recovery and Partnerships Manager to submit
the published LNRS to the Secretary of State.

3)   
Note the use of the Section 31 grant funding provided by Defra and
earmarked reserve to support the transition from LNRS preparation
to early delivery activity, including partnership development,
coordination, and implementation planning, in line with grant
conditions.
