Councillor Liz Leyshon proposed the
recommendations, which were seconded by Councillor Mike
Hewitson.
 
Having been duly proposed and seconded, the
Council Resolved to:-

·      
Approve the appointment of Rachael Sanders to the post of Chief
Finance (Section 151) Officer, following the endorsement of the
Senior Manager Appointments and Employment Committee; and

·      
Delegate authority to the Chief Executive to agree the final
contractual arrangements and start date, in line with the approved
terms and conditions for the role.
