The Corporate and Resources Scrutiny Committee
noted the work programme and agreed the following.
 
·      
The Committee acknowledged the delay in establishing the Task and
Finish Group on Council Tax Reduction but RESOLVED to record its
expectation that the Terms of Reference for the Group be scheduled
for consideration at the March meeting to ensure that work can
commence without any further delay.
·      
That budget monitoring reports be provided earlier, within 30 days
of the end of the reporting period.
·      
That consideration be given to improving how updates or changes
within reports are presented, recognising the large volume of
papers provided to Members.
