That planning permission for an Outline
Application with all matters reserved save for access, for the
erection of up to 22 dwellings with associated accesses,
infrastructure, open space and landscaping at Land North Of Old
Gate House, Portway, Langport, Somerset be GRANTED subject
to conditions and subject to the satisfactory completion of a S106
Legal Agreement to secure various contributions as listed at the
end of this report, with final determination to be delegated to the
Head of Planning in consultation with the Area Chair (South).
