The Corporate and Resources Scrutiny Committee
noted the position set out by officers regarding the Housing
Revenue Account (HRA) Revenue and Capital Budget Monitoring Report
for Q3 of 2025/2026 and the accompanying appendices, and RESOLVED
to note the recommendations approved by the Executive on 11
February 2026:

The forecast HRA underspend of £0.980m for 2025/26 and its
impact on the HRA General Reserve.
·      
The forecast outturn position of the Capital Programme of
£54.142m for 2025/26
