The Adults, Health and Housing Scrutiny Committee considered the Somerset Health and Social Care Academy update and RESOLVED to note the progress made in developing the Academy and its contribution to supporting workforce recruitment, retention and skills development across the health and care sector.

The Committee requested a future update on the Academy's impact and outcomes, including workforce retention, career progression, apprenticeship opportunities and how success is being measured across the Somerset health and social care system.
