The Scrutiny Committee Corporate and Strategic considered the Annual Report of the Lead Member for Transformation, Human Resources and Localities and RESOLVED to note the progress made across the portfolio. The Committee recorded its appreciation for the Lead Member's consistent attendance at Committee meetings, the value of his contributions, and his willingness to engage with challenge and provide detailed responses to Members' questions.
