Decision

The Scrutiny Committee Adults, Health and Housing considered the report and RESOLVED to:

·         Recommend the adoption of the Somerset Tenancy Strategy by the Executive.

·         Recommend to Executive to delegate authority to the Executive Director for Adult Services and Housing to approve any changes in consultation with the Service Director for Housing which may be required due to further any legislative or central Government policy changes.
