The Adults, Health and Housing Scrutiny Committee considered the NHS Somerset Integrated Care Board (ICB) Restructuring Update and RESOLVED to note the progress made in implementing the restructuring programme and the development of the new cluster arrangements.

The Committee also RESOLVED to request a further update for 18 February 2027 meeting, including information on the impact of the restructuring on the workforce, governance arrangements, delegated decision making powers and budget responsibilities at Somerset Place level, together with an assessment of the benefits, risks and outcomes arising from the new arrangements.
