That planning application 2026/0014/VRC be REFUSED contrary to the Officer’s recommendation due to harms to residential amenity including noise (including activities and reversing noises), lighting (including headlights) and anti-social behaviour in a densely populated residential area. This is in conflict with Policy DP8 of the Mendip District Local Plan Part 1 and Part 12 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
