Decision

The Children and Education Scrutiny Committee:

1. Noted the progress recorded within the Outcome Tracker.
2. Requested confirmation of Executive responses to previous Scrutiny recommendations to ensure recommendations can be formally closed where appropriate.
3. Requested that closure reports are brought forward for completed workstreams, including the Deficit Management Plan, to provide assurance that recommendations have been implemented and outcomes achieved.
4. Noted that updates on SEND reform and social care actions will continue to be reported through established governance arrangements and returned to Scrutiny where appropriate.
