Decision

RESOLVED that the members of the HR Committee agreed to:

1. 1.    Adopt the National Joint Council (NJC) job evaluation scheme for all roles in scope of the Pay & Reward Programme, up to but not including, Service Director, Chief Finance Officer, Executive Director and Chief Executive roles.
2. 2.    Adopt the Korn Ferry Hay job evaluation scheme for all Chief Officer roles, namely all Service Director, Chief Finance Officer, Executive Director and Chief Executive roles.
3. 3.    The ongoing governance and decision making arrangements for the Pay & Reward Programme as outlined in paragraphs 23-26, including the proposed specific delegations to the Service Director-HR&OD, in consultation with the Lead Member for Transformation, Human Resources and Localities.
