Decision

The Children and Education Scrutiny Committee:

1. Noted the updated Youth Justice Plan.
2. Agreed that the updated plan be circulated to members for comment.
3. Noted the ongoing work being undertaken with Participation People to strengthen the use of the child's voice and service improvement.
4. Requested sight of the resulting action plan and recommendations arising from that review.
