Decision

RESOLVED that the Constitution and Governance Committee agreed to recommend that Full Council:

1. Considers and approves the proposed revisions to the Constitution as set out in this report.
2. Delegates authority to the Monitoring Officer to amend the Council’s Constitution to give effect to recommendation 1 above.
