Decision

The Scrutiny Committee Adults, Health and Housing considered the report and RESOLVED to support the recommendations for the Executive. That Executive:

·         Approve the Joint Asset Management Strategy 2026–2031

·         Endorse the governance and assurance arrangements within the Strategy

·         Note that a formal review will be undertaken in 2029 to reflect regulatory, financial and organisational changes.

The Committee welcomed the opportunity to review the Strategy and requested that it be consulted as part of the formal review scheduled for 2029.
