Decision

Having been duly proposed and seconded, the Shareholder Executive Sub-Committee resolved to:-

a)    Note the role and responsibilities of the Sub-Committee as set out in the approved Terms of Reference (as set out in Appendix 1).

b)    Agree that the Sub Committee would meet on a quarterly on dates to follow in:

·       October

·       January

·       April

c)    Consider and agree the draft work programme as set out in Appendix 2.
