Decision

Having been duly proposed and seconded, the Shareholder Executive Sub-Committee resolved to:-

1)    Agree the appointment of Councillor Fran Smith to Homes in Somerset to replace Councillor Lance Dudderidge;

2)    Confirm the appointments of Somerset Council councillors and officers set out in Appendix 1 to its wholly/partially owned companies; and

3)    Delegate authority to the Monitoring Officer, in consultation with the Chair of the Shareholder Executive Sub-Committee, to make any necessary in year changes to appointments.
