Decision

That planning permission for proposed residential development comprising 56 dwellings, landscaping, public open space and play provision, with vehicular access across Bradley Hill Lane (Amended) at Land North of Bradley Hill Lane, Somerton, Somerset, TA11 6JD, be GRANTED subject to;

1. The prior completion of a Section 106 Agreement
2. The conditions set out in the committee report

And that authority be delegated to the Head of Planning, in consultation with the Chair (or Vice-Chair) of the Planning Committee where appropriate, to:

a) Make minor amendments and refinements to the wording, numbering, and sequencing of planning conditions,

b) Agree minor variations to the heads of terms and final drafting of the Section 106 Agreement,

c) Add, amend, or remove conditions where necessary to secure compliance with national and local planning policy, consultee advice, or material planning considerations,

d) Refuse the application if the applicant fails to engage, respond, or progress the Section 106 Agreement within a six-month period.
