Decision

The Scrutiny Committee Corporate and Strategic RESOLVED to note the Quarter 4 Corporate Performance Management Report.  The Committee raised the following concerns:

·         The Committee noted their ongoing concern that SC/FP12 procurement compliance remained unacceptably low, and emphasised the need for pressing improvement, particularly in the context of the Council’s financial position.

·         The Committee noted their ongoing concern that SC/CPE13 Planning – percentage of on-hand applications compared to number received in the period remained high and reflected the continuing gap between the current and desired position.
