Decision

The Committee RESOLVED to support that:

1. A time-limited pilot of cross-pavement channels (up to three years) be developed using a supplier-led delivery model.
2. The pilot assesses safety, accessibility, liability, maintenance and operational impacts before any policy decision.
3. Appropriate guidance for residents, including responsibilities and insurance requirements, be developed.
4. Regular updates and evaluation findings be reported back to Scrutiny.
