Decision

Having been duly proposed and seconded, the Executive Resolved to:-

·       Consider and endorse the current strategic risk profile set out in Appendix B.

·       Consider the current high scoring tactical and operational risks set out in Appendices C D, E, F, & G (detailed by directorate).

·       Consider whether the proposed mitigating actions were adequate and appropriate to address concerns.

·       Consider and identify any areas for potential scrutiny focus.

·       Consider referring any matters of concern to the relevant Scrutiny Committee.
