RESOLVED that the HR Committee approved the following policies, subject to the delegation of responsibility to the Service Director for HR & OD for ensuring the amendments requested by elected members at the meeting were made:

• HS05 Food Safety Policy

• HS06 Safety Action Notice Policy

• HS27 Working Safely at Height Policy

• HS33 Working Outside in the Sun and Extremes of Heat and Cold Policy

• HS42 Confined Spaces Policy
