Decision

Having been duly proposed and seconded, the Executive Resolved to:-

a)    Note the updated budget gap.

b)    Note the revised financial planning assumptions incorporated within the MTFP.

c)    Note the timetable for development of the 2027/28 Budget.

d)    Approve the Other Updates to the Medium Term Financial Plan (paragraphs 19-23).

e)    Agree that the saving related to Young Carers savings reference S-CFE-2728-01 was removed from Appendix B and, agreed to consult on the new savings proposals prior to inclusion in the MTFP (paragraphs 24 and 25, and Appendix B as amended).
