The Scrutiny Committee Corporate and Strategic considered the report and RESOLVED to note the outcome of the initial review of earmarked reserves following approval of the Reserves Policy 2026/2027 on 1 July 2026, and the repurposing of £0.802m of earmarked reserves identified as no longer required to the Business Risk Reserve, subject to final accounting and assurance checks, as approved by the Executive on 2 September 2026.
