Decision

RESOLVED that the Property and Investment Executive Sub-Committee:

a.    Noted the referral made by Full Council on 16 September 2026 and the motion attached at Appendix 1.

b.    Considered the request that a single public report be produced, within three months of the Full Council meeting, covering each commercial property already disposed of and providing the information specified in the motion.

c.     Delegated to officers to determine what information is commercially sensitive and so could prejudice the Council’s financial position and to not include that information in the quarterly publication of information.
