Decision

Having been duly proposed and seconded, the Executive Resolved to:-

1. Approve in principle the funding allocation for the 15 projects for delivery highlighted within the report and delegate authority to the Executive Director for Economy, Place and Climate (CPE) in consultation with Head of Legal, the Section 151 Officer (or Deputy) and the Lead Executive Member for Communities, Environment and Climate Change to authorise the business cases for each project and funding agreements (capital and revenue budgets).
2. Delegate authority to approve the remaining allocation of funding (both capital and revenue) within the programme to the Executive Director for Economy, Place and Climate (CPE) in consultation with Head of Legal, the Section 151 Officer (or Deputy) and the Lead Executive Member for Communities, Environment and Climate Change.
3. Approve the £42.5m in capital grant being added to the Council’s capital programme.
