Decision

Having considered all the evidence before it and all the circumstances of the case, the Sub-Committee determined to GRANT the application for a Premises Licence as applied for, subject to the conditions agreed with Avon and Somerset Police and set out at Appendix 6 to the agenda papers.

In reaching its decision, the Sub-Committee was satisfied, having considered the oral evidence given by the Applicant and the Other Persons, together with all of the written and oral evidence before it, that granting the application would not undermine the licensing objectives.
