Decision

Councillor Diogo Rodrigues proposed the amended recommendations, which were seconded by Councillor Bill Revans.

Having been duly proposed and seconded, the Council Resolved to approve:-

1. The revisions to Part D2 Constitution and Governance Committee Terms of Reference and delegated authority to the Monitoring Officer to amend the Council’s Constitution.
2. To refer back to Constitution and Governance Committee the proposals relating to Part D12 Somerset Board Terms of Reference and the new Budget Meeting Protocol to consider the points raised by the Council and to report back to Full Council.
