Decision

Councillor Mike Rigby proposed the recommendations, which were seconded by Councillor Theo Butt Philip.

Having been duly proposed and seconded, the Council Resolved to:-

1. Review and comment on the proposed changes to the following parts of the Council’s Constitution:

·       Part D8, Planning Committee Terms of Reference (Appendix 3)

·       Part I2, Officer Scheme of Delegation (Appendix 4)

·       Appendix 1 - Code of Good Practice for Planning

1. Approve the proposed changes from the Planning Committee Terms of Reference Working Group to be implemented on 30 October 2026.
