RESOLVED that the Constitution and Governance Committee:

1. Reviewed and commented on the proposed changes to the following parts of the Council’s Constitution:

·       Part D8, Planning Committee Terms of Reference (Appendix 3)

·       Part I2, Officer Scheme of Delegation (Appendix 4)

·       Appendix 1 - Code of Good Practice for Planning

1. Supported the proposed changes from the Planning Committee Terms of Reference Working Group and proposed they be recommended for approval by Full Council on 16 September 2026, to be implemented on 30 October 2026.
