Decision

Having been duly proposed and seconded, the Executive Resolved to:-

a)    Note the outcome of the initial review of earmarked reserves following approval of the Reserves Policy 2026/27 on 1 July 2026.

b)    Approve the repurposing of £0.802m of earmarked reserves, identified as no longer required, to the Business Risk Reserve, subject to final accounting and assurance checks.
