Decision

Having carefully considered the Licensing Officer's report, the review application, all written representations and the oral submissions made at the hearing, the Licensing Sub-Committee concludes that it is neither necessary nor proportionate to modify the licence, impose further conditions, suspend the licence or take any other step available under the Licensing Act 2003.

Accordingly, the review is dismissed, and the premises licence shall remain unchanged.
