Decision

Having carefully balanced the Applicant's submissions against the evidence presented by the Avon and Somerset Police, the Sub-Committee concluded that permitting the Temporary Event Notice would undermine the licensing objective of the prevention of crime and disorder. The Sub-Committee therefore considered it necessary for the promotion of that licensing objective to issue a Counter Notice.
