Decision

The Sub-Committee has carefully considered all of the evidence before it and is satisfied that the licensing objective of the prevention of crime and disorder is engaged. Whilst concerned by the immigration-related matters raised, the Sub-Committee considers that the promotion of the licensing objective can be adequately addressed by the imposition of additional conditions. The Sub-Committee is not satisfied that suspension or revocation of the licence is necessary or proportionate in the circumstances. Accordingly, pursuant to section 52 of the Licensing Act 2003, the Sub-Committee resolves to modify the premises licence by imposing the conditions set out in this decision.
