On the evidence before it, having considered
all the circumstances, the Sub-Committee grants the application for
a new premises licence as applied for, together with the submitted
operating schedule, subject to the terminal hour for live and
amplified music being 23:00, provided that the noise management
plan is completed and provided to the Licensing Team at the
earliest opportunity.
