The Civic Affairs Committee is made up of 9 Councillors and will reflect the proportionality of the Council. The committee will typically be Chaired by the Chair of Council. The committee considers proposals that constitute substantive changes to the Constitution for consideration by the Council, determines and makes recommendations on electoral arrangements and oversees the Council's ethical standards procedures.
