By a unanimous decision the
Committee approved the application in accordance with the
officer’s recommendations and associated informatives subject
to:
 

(i)            
Planning
conditions set out in the report;

(ii)           
The
amendment to condition 14 confirming the provision of pedestrian
access suggested by officers in a supplementary report;

(iii)          
Amendment of
condition 4 to make the wording consistent with the remaining
conditions and their ongoing applicability;

(iv)          
Satisfactory
completion of a Section 106 Agreement which includes the Heads of
Terms (HoT’s) as set out in the
report.
with officers granted delegated
authority to make minor amendments to the final wording of
conditions and S106 Heads of Terms.
