Purpose

The Local Plan Timetable is a timetable
for the production of new or revised
documents that set out the planning policy framework for Greater
Cambridge.
 
The latest update was agreed by the Councils
in November 2024, which included a commitment to update when the
new National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) is published, which
happened on 12 December.

Content

Cabinet agreed that:
 
a)   
The Greater Cambridge Local Development Scheme
(local plan timetable) 2025 at Appendix 1 to the report be
confirmed as the Local Plan Timetable.
b)   
The Greater Cambridge Local Development Scheme
(local plan timetable) 2025 be shared with Government and be
published on the Greater Cambridge Planning website, superseding
the Greater Cambridge Development Scheme 2022.
