Purpose
The Green Business Impact programme is being funded through the
UK Shared Prosperity Fund. This is a joint programme of work
between SCDC, HDC and is being led by Cambridge City
Council.
South
Cambridgeshire District Council have a grant allocation of
£127,700. The programme will help small to medium businesses
adopt more sustainable practises which will lead to a reduction if
carbon emissions. It was agreed at
Cabinet that Lead Cabinet for Resources, and Lead Cabinet
Member for Economic Development would have responsibility for
awarding of the grants, to facilitate the efficient delivery of the
scheme and ensure the funds are fully expended by March
2025.
After
consideration of these applications, the Lead Cabinet Member for
Resources and Lead Cabinet Member for Economic Development approve
the following;
