seven votes for and one abstention (Councillor R Williams) the
Committee approved the application in accordance with the
officer’s recommendations and associated informatives subject
to:
 

(i)         
The planning conditions as set out within the agenda
report with minor amendments to the conditions as drafted delegated
to officers; and

 

(ii)        
The satisfactory completion of a legal agreement as
set out in the report with minor amendments as set out delegated to
officers.
